I joined a group of fiber artists and weavers for their first annual textile symposium in Joshua Tree, hosted by Andrea Zittel in her amazing A-Z West and organized by two talented weavers: Dee Clements and Christy Matson. There was weaving, natural dyeing, exchanging thoughts and ideas but mostly connecting and lots of laughing.
